We use free-range and responsibly raised (or fished) meats, eggs and seafood. We work with local farmers to support our local economy and sustainable agriculture and provide the freshest seasonal ingredients.

What are Whole Foods?
Whole Foods are those that are unprocessed and unrefined, or processed and refined as little as possible, before being consumed. They do not contain added sugar, salt, fat, or chemicals. Whole foods are easily assimilated and absorbed readily by the body. They are nutrient rich and promote health because they are a natural source of vitamins and minerals.
A Few Words on Eating Organically.
Organic foods provide the freshest ingredients grown in harmony with nature, not against it. Research has shown that organically grown produce contains higher amounts of cancer-fighting antioxidants that conventionally grown foods.
Why Is It Important to Shop Locally and Eat Seasonally?
It is important to understand the connection between ourselves, the food we eat and the environment in which we live. Choosing local foods grown only in season completes this natural harmony while supporting the region.
